A newGenshin Impactleak has revealed detailed descriptions and effects for each of the new cards set to come to Genius Invokation TCG in Version 3.8. The TCG mini-game introduced in Version 3.3 of the HoYoverse RPG has seen regular updates with both a plethora of new cards added and new ways to play the game. The Version 3.7 update this week saw a massive addition to the digital card game,bringing 13 new Character Cardsand more than 60 cards total. Now, players are getting more information about the next wave of support for the TCG.
Genius Invokation TCG’s massive update during Version 3.7 comes alongside a brand-new event focused in on theGenshin ImpactTCG. The update’s flagship event, titled “Duel! The Summoner’s Summit,” thrusts players into a massive in-game tournament referred to as the “King of Invokations Grand Prix.” Players will be able to earn a variety of rewards including Primogems and an event-exclusive four-star weapon through the event. Now, Genius Invokation TCG leaks are teasing future content for the card game.

A new update fromGenshin Impactrepository Project Amber has revealed information about thethree new characters joining the TCGin Candace, Yanfei, and Kazuha.Candace’s Elemental Skillgrants 2 Shield points on cast while adding a pop for 3 Hydro Damage on her next skill while her Burst increases Normal Attack damage and empowers attacks with Hydro. Yanfei’s abilities each deal Pyro damage with her Skill and Burst attaching special buffs for bonus damage on Charged Attacks. Kazuha features a unique mechanic that modulates the element of his Skill and Burst damage.
New Genius Invokation TCG Cards in Version 3.8
The update will also feature multiple new Talent andEquipment cards added to the card pool. Master Zhang comes as the newest Companion card, reducing the cost of Equipment cards with bigger boosts for more equipped characters. Fruit of Fulfillment adds a unique effect for Weapon cards, allowing players to draw two cards when it is equipped. Lights of the Court and Covenant of Rock both come as new Arcane Legend cards, reducing Weapon and Artifact costs and generating Elemental Dice respectively. Rhythm of the Great Dream also reduces the cost for playing Weapon or Artifact cards.
Much like its in-game TCG,Genshin Impactis set to grow substantially over the coming months. Recent leaks have revealeda new limited-time region dubbed “Penumbra"is set to come to the game during Version 3.8 alongside the long-awaited re-run of Eula. The region is expected to act as a precursor to the Fontaine region, believed to be launching in the game during the following Version 4.0 update. Fans of bothGenshin Impact’s base game and Genius Invokation TCG look to have plenty in store throughout future updates.
