Palworldis a popular survival game where players can catch andbreed creatures called Pals. If they’ve crafted the Paladius’ Saddle,players can ride on its backto traverse the game world. The best part is that Paladius can even triple jump while mounted. When assigned to a base, Paladius is well-suited for Level 2 Mining and Lumbering jobs.
8Mossanda
Grass-Type Pal
With leafy green details all over its body and a big leaf sticking out of its head,Mossandaperfectly captures the essence of what aGrass-type Palshould look like. Despite its appearance as a cuddly green panda,Mossanda is a truly dominant Palwith exclusive skills like Crushing Punch and Solar Blast.
When mounted, Mossanda can rapidly fire a grenade launcher, inflicting significant damage to enemies. Thanks to its wide range of Work Suitability, Mossanda can take on various jobs around the base, such as Planting, Lumbering, Handiwork, and Transporting.
7Anubis
Ground-Type Pal
Anubisis a jackal-like humanoid Pal named after the Egyptian God of funerals and death. It is an absurdly powerful combat Pal and is even displayed as the Statue of Power. With lethal Ground Smashes,Anubis crushes anyonewho stands in its way.
When fighting enemies along with the player, Anubis appliesGround-typedamage to all the player’s attacks, making them nearly invincible. It can even skillfully dodge many incoming attacks with a high-speed sidestep. If it’s left behind at the base, Anubis can complete Transporting, Mining, and Handiwork tasks.
6Orserk
Electric-Type Pal
One may thinkOrserkis a Dragon-type Pal since it looks like a bipedal dragon, but it is actually anElectric-type. Orserk is capable of inflicting devastating Electrical attacks, thanks to skills like Tri-Lightning and Lightning Bolt.
What makes Orserk a must-have Pal is its useful partner skill that increases item drop rates when fighting Water-type Pals. Additionally, Orserk can take on jobs like Handiwork, Transporting, and Generating Electricity. It offers Level 4 Electricity Generation which is the highest compared to other Electric-type Pals inPalworld.
5Jormuntide
Water-Type Pal
Jormuntideis essentially adual-type Pal, featuring Dragon and Water elements. It is aptly described as the Emperor of the Sea and is the bestWater-typePal players can get for their team. This majestic blue serpent is an excellent water mount and allows players to cross bodies of water without depleting their stamina levels.
Besides this unique ability, Jormuntide boasts versatile elemental skills like Tri-Lightning, Hydro Laser, and Dragon Meteor. Given its lethal skill set, Jormuntide is an excellent combat Pal and is a part of manypowerful breeding combinations.
4Jormuntide Ignis
Fire-Type Pal
Jormuntide Ignisis a fire variant of Jormuntide. It is another dual-type Pal, with Dragon and Fire elements. This fiery red dragon stands tall like the Volcanic Emperor and has insane stats. With immensely powerfulFire-typeattacks like Flare Storm, Fire Ball, and Dragon Meteor, Jormuntide Ignis is an absolute beast in battles.
Once players craft its unique saddle, they can ride Jormuntide Ignis. Interestingly, Jormuntide Ignis enhances the player’s Fire attacks while mounted. It even offers Level 4 Kindling abilities when placed in a base, making it a well-rounded option for a Pal team member.
3Frostallion
Ice-Type Pal
Frostallionis a LegendaryIce-typePal, inspired by the mythological Greek horse, Pegasus. With pure white fur and beautiful wings, Frostallion glides gracefully over Palpagos Island. It is an insanelypowerful flying mountthat offers some of the most lethal ice attacks in the game, such as Cryst Breath and Blizzard Spike.
What’s interesting is that whenever players mount the Frostallion, their attack type changes to Ice, and the damage inflicted by Ice attacks is enhanced while mounted. Frostallion can also handle Level 4 Cooling jobs, making it reign supreme among other Ice-type Pals inPalworld.
2Jetragon
Dragon-Type Pal
Jetragonis a celestial dragoncharacterized by its dull blue body and large bright magenta wings. It resembles a flying jet complete with a long tail that looks a lot like the tail of an airplane.Jetragonboasts insane stats and mighty skills, such as Draconic Breath, Fire Ball, and Dragon Meteor, making it the best overallDragon-typePal inPalworld.
If that isn’t enough, players can slap on Jetragon’s Missile Launcher and continuously fire a rocket launcher while riding on its back. Besides obliterating enemies, Jetragon can effectively complete Level 3 Gathering tasks as well.
1Necromus
Dark-Type Pal
Even though players won’t acquire this magnificent creature till they reach the end of theirPalworldadventure,Necromusis absolutely worth the wait. It is by far the most powerfulDark-typePal in the game and one of the strongest combat Pals overall.
Like its neutral counterpart Paladius, Necromus is a centaur adorned in black armor and armed with a pair of red lances for combat. Its Twin Spears and Dark Laser attacks will melt through most enemies in the game. Besides this, Necromus is among the few Pals that can double jump when mounted.
